You can print your Form 1098-T and supporting detail by following the steps below:
     1)   Visit https://heartland.ecsi.net/  

2)      Scroll to the middle of the page and click on "GO" under the Access your 1098 Tax Documents header.

3)    Click on the magnifying glass search function. Then click on "GO" under the I need my 1098-T Tuition tax statement header. 

4)      Type in Northwestern College and select Northwestern College (AC47) then submit. 

5)      Type in your first name, last name, social security number and billing zip code (the zip code we would have had as your home address). If you have not provided your social security number to the college, there will not be a form available to you on this site.  

6)      Click continue, then click "View Details".  Here you can see your form, and navigate to the "View/Print Statement" option.  

7)      A new window should open up with your 1098-T Tax form.  If it doesn't, check to make sure you don't have a pop-up blocker on. 

8)      Click on the printer icon to print the form and detail
