Students should continue to be covered by a family healthcare policy because they are not covered by Northwestern in case of illness or injury that requires medical attention or hospitalization.

 

 

Students with an address outside the United States are required to show evidence of health coverage before classes begin each semester and to maintain that coverage while on campus.  Further information is available from Northwestern College's intercultural development office.

Athletes

Student athletes are required to purchase the insurance plan provided by the college or waive coverage by providing proof of other insurance coverage.  For student athletes to waive insurance, you must provide the athletic trainer, athletic director, and/or Raider athletic department with your insurance information.
