Students applying for Global Education Programs must submit the following materials as part of their application packet:
1. Global Education Program online application form (link below)

2. Reference letter requests will be sent to email addresses provided for each of the following areas: academic, personal, and job-related 

3. Your unofficial transcript will automatically be provided to the Global Education staff upon application submission

4. Insurance card information

5. Scan of valid passport (for those intending to study internationally)

Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 Applications due: March 20, 2026

Summer 2026 Applications due: February 1, 2026

 

Please note that Northwestern College requires students to have a 2.5 Grade Point Average to be eligible for studying off-campus. Outside study abroad partners may require a higher G.P.A. for enrollment in their programs.
